TENACIOUS // PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

1. Pre-Order & Manufacturing Timeline (5-Week Window)
Please note that COLLECTION 001 is a 100% exclusive Pre-Order drop limited to 35 total sets. The tracksuits are not sitting on a shelf; they are custom-manufactured after the drop window closes.

Production Time: Please allow approximately 4 to 5 weeks for manufacturing, custom detailing, quality checks, and bulk transit to our facility.

Your order is estimated to officially leave our facility and begin shipping out 5 weeks from the drop date.
2. When Do I Get My Tracking Number?

You will receive an immediate email confirmation as soon as your checkout is successful on drop day.

Your official tracking number will be generated and emailed to you during week 4 or 5, as soon as your specific tracksuit is packed, labeled, and ready to be handed over to the shipping carrier.
3. Transit Times (Once Shipped)
Once your package leaves our house and is scanned by the shipping carrier, domestic transit times apply:

Standard Delivery: Estimated 3 to 5 business days from the moment the post office receives the package.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS), title and risk of loss pass entirely to the buyer. TENACIOUS is not responsible or legally liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen in transit. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate and secure before completing checkout.
5. Strict Final Sale Policy
Because materials and production slots are locked in immediately based on the 35 pre-orders received, all sales are strictly final. No order modifications, size changes, address changes, cancellations, or refunds can be accommodated under any circumstances after purchase.
